Urethane parts are used to carry out market tests, as well as for technical validation and marketing. The parts are vacuum moulded in flexible silicon moulds. A mould can produce up to 100 units, depending on the required characteristics and levels of precision. The choice of resins is vast and makes it possible to simulate different types of thermoplastics. We can reproduce all the colours on the Pantone chart in bulk or by applying paint. Manufacturing time is between one and three weeks.
